Refund policy
Returns and exchanges are not supported. We use Printify, a print-on-demand service, which means that all products are unique and produced once ordered.
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we will work with Printify to replace or refund your order if we receive notice within 25 days of product delivery. This can be things like manufacturing errors, items arriving with holes, or the order arriving with clear, demonstrable damage. To do so, please send an email to support@shoplikelacey.com with clear photo evidence of the item’s improper condition.
Please note that if the order shipping details were incorrect, if you ordered the wrong size or color, or simply changed your mind, we will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. You are responsible for entering all of your correct information.
